To all old Bucs and Hall of Fame members

Fellow Bucs:

Please plan to attend the 2010 Induction Ceremonies for the Buccaneers Athletics Hall of Fame. We are inducting nine new members this year to add to the legacy of the BattlinBucs and to show how Miller High School continues our tradition of producing high quality student athletes and citizens. This year’s Hall of Fame induction ceremonies will take place at the Holiday Inn Airport at 5549 Leopard St. on Thursday, Nov. 4, during a banquet starting at 7 p.m. Tickets are $25 per person. The inductees will also be honored at halftime of the Miller-West Oso Hall of Fame Football Game at Buccaneer Stadium, Friday, Nov. 5.

We encourage you to also attend the game as we honor our new members to our prestigious and singular Hall of Fame which dates back to student-athletes who played as Bucs since 1904.

To make reservations and RSVP please contact Rosa Flores at 361-813-7218 or send us an email to manuelf78407@yahoo.com. Please let us know if you are coming by Oct. 25 so that we can make arrangements for the banquet. You will be able to pay at the door, as usual, starting at 6 p.m.

This year’s inductees are: Dick Fikes, Ronnie Flores, Eric Jackson, Asst. Coach Fred Jonas, Phillip Gonzalez, Ramon Gonzales, Roger Muniz, Johnny Hill and Homer Mascorro. Joey Allen is a special inductee for his support and assistance in the continuance of the Buc Hall of Fame.

Again, please join us in welcoming these new members to our Hall of Fame. Your past activity with our organization is very much appreciated. We hope to see you there. “Go Bucs!”

Sincerely,
